Rc cola is god awful...

When the last "fish" is caught (the woman flying through the air) you can hear someone yell something that sounds like..."somebody light the fucking lead". Am I the only one hearing this?

I don't remember her name, but you're probably right. This was about 10 years ago, shot in LA, and she had been on some tv show(s) prior to that. She was terrific.

This is yet another terrible commercial of Longwood. You are portraying this woman as being bossy and cruel. No one is going to want to attend a unversity that trains you to be a bossy jerk. Yet again this commercial has too many negative aspects to entice potential students to apply. It's doing a diservice for the university.

I'm a biology major at Longwood University. I know you're trying to say that lectures can be really boring and that LU is a fun university to attend. However, it is a profession accredited institution and should be advertised as such. How about showing students in a bio lab instead, maybe a real picture of students bio lab. Or interview students about how they feel of hands on experiences at Longwood.

this commercial is awful. You are disrespecting everyone who chooses to not attend a 4 year college. While I understand you are trying to advertise that Longwood would give people better opportunities. Don't be so negative in your portrayal of this idea. I mean a car horn beeping where a curse word could've been. not a good image. and speaking of images. all the drawings are not so great

I go to Longwood University and I find these commercials atrocious. the drawings are hideous and not pleasant to look at. also if you're going to advertise for LU, don't falsely start talking something called Mega University. talk about Longwood. dont just mention at the end of the commercial. talk up the school. thats how you advertise!

Thanks, it was a blast to shoot. Those are actual bugs ("wrangled" by the guy who worked on the movie "Arachnaphobia"). We asked the actor if he wanted us to employ a stand-in hand model, but he said "no, my dad was kinda nutty and we had bugs running all over the house. I'm used to it." We didn't ask any more questions. That spot's almost 20 years old - glad you like it. Scott Mackey

Ive been drinking RC Cola for years now because of this commercial. I still remember falling off the couch laughing, years ago, the first time i saw this! This is the one and only commercial that has EVER persuaded me to seek out a particular product. I tell everyone about this add. Glad to see i can finally show it to them!
