LAPS ON HOMESTEAD SPEEDWAY IN 2002 PONTIAC FIREBIRD TRANS AM
Took my 2002 Trans Am on the track in Homestead. Had only owned it for about 2 months. All stock. WS6 had 325hp from factory. Kept up with some pretty nice cars which were way more expensive.

At Ron Fellows driving school for a 2 day intro course to the Corvette C8. Part of the 2nd day we got to run an Autocross course for time.

Sebring Race Track - 1977 & 1978 Trans Am

Couple of laps during the 300 Mile Road Rally sponsored by the Thunderbird Club of South Florida.
Waited 12:08 seconds for the race to start and then the video ended.
Wich is the 78?
The one in front. The car with the camera is the 1977.

This is an active race track? Is the track condition as rough as it looks?
oh yea, its a rough track. All the concrete seams beat you around
I did this back in the early 80's at Michigan International Speedway with our local Trans Am club & Pontiac's "Trans Am Territory". We ended up doing a parade lap at 150mph, against explicit directions, & were disinvited from returning back to that track.
Love seeing this on a track, but I think you can get more action on some country back road than this.
NOT TO MENTION TURN IT INTO A RACE AND SPEED BRO THAT'S WHAT A RACE IS SPEED GOSH FUCKING DAMN IT
