Race Number 7, The 3 O Clock. Won by "Maam" owned by Mr Paul Joyce ridden by Moo Cow. 2nd was "Nuts" with "Shear Speed" a close third. Disappointment for the favorite "Home and Away" and last years winner "Red Bull" while "Last Chance" finished well down the field

The 2.20 was won by the favourite Wooly Mammoth in a great finish as Jedward nearly caught him on the line. Bam-a-ram finished a close third with The Quiet man in 4th, Me2 U2 in 5th and Beauty Queen of Leenane last.
