So, diving down at about 240 knots, I decided to make a belly landing. I survived the initial impact, to see a newly repaired enemy plane on the other end of the runway. So, I slid across the ground in a flaming P-47, and got a kill.

speed and altitude are somewhat interchangeable (depending on airplane's "energy retention", which is really some combination of how draggy the plane is and how powerful its engines are), but the thing about speed is it harder to judge than altitude (which is obvious) so you can surprise your opponent with what you're able to do.

Yo i got a vr dogfighting game and if we go in circles more than 5 times i pretend to give up while putting the throttle to zero then when they get behind me and i do zigzag patterns so they catch get my plane and they catch up fast so when they get close enough i do another flip to get behind them while putting the throttle to 100 and i almost always get them people are more careless fighting a plane they think is retreating
