Hope the Honduran government NEVER EVER AGAIN sell Honduras to foreign GREEDY people, like former president Callejas did selling Islas de la Bahia (Roatan+) to foreigners. Wow, that pico bonito is a wonderful place, also was I amazed to find that most of the presented species are also found in Costa Rica.
Honduras has almost the double than Costa Rica
Honduras has about 800 species but Costa Rica has over 900. Costa Rica definitely has more. They're both great countries to bird, though.
