once there was a girl who her name is not allowed to say she had a bif brother and a younger half sister. the girl was raised by her mom and by her grandparents.they were all her world. the girl only dreamed on two main things she wanted her family to be the perfact one although they were the best and a dog to keep her company because she always was alone. her dad was an alcoholist. when the girl was only 5/6 years old her dad left to start a different familiy and life. the girl grew up to bw happy and sad at the same time, she had friend's but she mostly was alone. as the years go by the girl started having a lot of stress and anxiety. her best friend stoped being with her and her loneliness just grew. after years of dreaming to have a dog to have as a best friend and a company she addopted an adorable puppy a few months after adopting the girl grew to be the happiest she had all she needed. and then she saw her mother and grandparents who were all her world crying, heartbroken. her loved aunt died. on the same day a year after she lost her great grandmother. her world got dark again she felt like she starts to lose everyone important to her. little by little the girl was sinking in thoughts and stress and sadness. not knowing what to be next. today that girl is hiding still her emotions her feelings, so she wouldn't seem weak.

Once there was a baby named lily, she was 11 months old. One morning she met her grandmother for the first, yet last time. Just as her grandmother was going to leave the room, Lily clenched her grandmother's finger. Lily loved dogs a lot, when she was 4, her father got her a dog. The little white dog also had a brother, a brown smaller one.Years later, when Lily was only 7, when her grandmother passed away from from a sickness. Her father was depressed since he couldn't go see his mother at her funeral. Then when Lily was only 11, on october 21, her grandfather had passed away from a deadly disease. Lily was heartbroken because she only saw him once, when she was only 3. At that time she had trouble remembering many things. She forgot how her grandmother and grandfather looked. She could now only see them in one old picture. During August, lily adopted another dog. It was very small and brown. 2 days later after her grandfather's death, her white dog and very small brown one ran away. Only 1 remained. 5 months later, Lily's uncle died. The brown one named nugget. Is now 7 years old. To this day, I have hope that when I die, I can see them again. Sometimes I cry inside when I here my friend saying that she has a grandmother. Wherever you are. I love you Grandma.

And that starts with clean air, water, high sources of nutrition, organic, non-genetically modified would be best preferred opposed to just a traditional good clean high-protein diet. Even further away from fast food, soda, comfort food and drinks that have very little nutritional value if any at all. Also if you want to take it up a notch from there you become formally educated and participate in a workout regiment that specializes in overall functionality. The steps will give one the strongest most advanced immune system their body can produce. The best way to deal with any injury, illness, disease, or sickness that may have already occurred within the body. Its with that same commitment to oneself. For part of the reason why so many American are easily infected. It is because they are soft, lazy, out of shape, over fed, undernourished, overworked, and underpaid weaklings that have dirty low-paying jobs which come from outdated power sources, inferior materials poisonous, toxic substances, pesticides, and chemicals that never change their killing composition. Which means whether it is a solid or liquid burnt off into our airways atmosphere as a vapor is always going to be poisonous, debilitating, and deadly to the body. At the same time polluting, corrupting, and devastating to mother earth and all the various different forms of life that live within this world. I may add no pun intended that there is no cash profit to be made in the demise of the planet. Primarily due to those dirty low-paying jobs we are in the mist of environmental financial global collapse. Even worse for the last hundred and 50 years or so the mass majority of the population from coast-to-coast globally more so here in America have been living, dying off, and yielding the worst spiritual kickback that has ever been manifested since the beginning of life only getting worse. This lack of comprehension conscious physical participation and solutions that lead to long-term permanent types of progress may be genetically inherited or a simple generic learned behavior. Quite possible for a person of today's population again more so here in America. Even more specifically Donald Trump and all the sellout suck up traitor to America trumpet blowers to be a combination of all those worst-case scenarios combined is one. And these facts are ignorant beyond retarded (no offense to any disabled people was intended.) Considering for the last 490 years give or take we have had the manpower woman influence to have created clean high-paying jobs from coast-to-coast globally which would constantly consistently be improving upon maintaining the quality of life to the highest degree possible. This type of loyalty, devotion, and commitment to oneself and leadership. It would surely result in the mass majority of the population from coast-to-coast globally, naturally, gradually systematically almost effortlessly start becoming stronger, smarter,healthier, happier, better off physically mentally, and financially possibly spiritually. These points should be sincerely taken to heart considering the simple logic basic concept that if life is not free why the hell would death be any mother blanking cheaper? It's not, guaranteed. A question the common basic average man woman and child may be able to wonder is the spiritual cost to one's own soul and spirit when the freely live and die off having only used the smallest percentage of a fraction of the true potential they were first born with. Basically neglecting their own physical freedom throughout their life. Even worse than self-neglect desperate stupidity. Has been exacerbated for the last hundred and 50 years by people constantly inhaling petrified death. Drinking using contaminated water. Eating consuming things that have very little nutritional value if any at all. Using working with manufacturer mass-producing products to the lowest standards of quality. Each time they were in the tree he always wanted to tell her how he fell but was to afraid to tell her. In middle school they made a promise to each other that they will go to the moon together, a promise he love and believe in,......but high school came and well...she started to make new friends and eventually she didn't hangout with him as much. Kris try to tell her how he feels about her but it was too late. She was in someone else arms. He was heart broken but he loved her so much that all he wanted was for her to be happy. He had to move on and live up to the promise he made. So he went off to became an astronaut. Years later he was selected to go on the mission to the Moon, finally his dreams are coming true. A week before take off, his mom call him to tell him some bad news. Trisha had died from lung cancer. He went to the funeral to say goodbye but unexpectedly Trisha mom pulled him to the side and told him how much Trisha talks about him and how much she was in love but was scared to tell me. Trisha mother wanted him to take her ashes. Trisha told her mother to gave Kris the ashes, believing he should know what to do with her ashes. In my heart his knew just what to do with them. Weeks later the team was nearly done completing the mission. Kris step outside of the spaceship and buried Trisha ashes in the moon. And told her " look Trisha, we did it we made it to the moon" a promise we both made to each other. I love you, I'm always going to love you til the end of my days and beyond...you will see. Rest now and I'll see you again. Years later. NASA had another new mission to the Moon, and one of the mission was to buried Kris next to Trisha.
