the PSP version of this game was more fun imo. I still go back to my modded Vita and play it sometimes.

helmet cam is sick bro it does make the game a bit more difficult but its very immersive view in the cockpit compared to other racing games, I think that is how shift 2 is mean't to be played in the cockpit view

Undercover was EA’s mistake they ended up splitting Blackbox into 3 Groups one would work on NFS: Pro Street, one would work on Skate, and the third would work on This Game which is why its so wonky… If EA hadn’t gotten involved we would be talking about NFS: Most Wanted 2 instead of Undercover!

I got this platinum back in 2010!! as my only game along with my ps3 for Christmas, i played the heck out of it and loved every bit of it i guess i managed to go for the platinum trophy. its my only thropy along side 2 others but this is a 15 year old platinum that im proud of and look back on fondly lol

Works convertion are only for track only, since they are inspired on the real life race models of the cars, so yeah, they're pretry much useless going sideways

To be honest you wanna continue with the shift series look into project cars as that's the successor to the shift series

yeah uhh... what i recommend is sticking to manual in-game... that's the best to not suck at a racing game... just telling you this now. Enjoy! If you plan on getting platinum again because it's a b***h. also learn to maybe control the throttle because maybe that's why you suck?

Loved the atmosphere of this game - Truly no other game at the time had captured the raw violence of racing - Gran Turismo and Forza always made it too clean and pretty. But the physics weren't the best, you were thrown around the track by huge bumps in the road which always ruined clean laps

The 100% in this game - released on steam 5 days after release i had it 100% (remaster). Was so much fun and probably easiest 100% I ever did. (Did it originally on ps3 2010 100% was alot of fun I played this game way too much on ps3 as i got it with my console for christmas) remaster I was like I must get it its a childhood favourite game. Autolog versus and seeing other friends times made you grind maps too beat them. It was competitive with my friends atleast, added to the replayability.

gonna go on this endeavor soon, wish me luck

The game doesn’t tell you, but tire wear is a thing, at least in the drift mode. It totally makes sense that you did a few laps very well and then couldn’t drift anymore.

If you thought Shift was hard you should look at the Project CARS series. Made by the same developers of Shift! (minus the 3rd game. It’s kinda like Shift but more refined)
