How long time after injury?
Are these excercises for so you wont apply so mmuch weight on your foot. I just had surgery And how many times a week should you do these exercises Thank you

I have ruptured tendon it's almost 3 months and half so how can i try to do all this exercise
how do you do now ? can u walk/run normally
These exercises look tough. I just had my surgery July 29th
I ruptured my Achilles 2cm tear at the heel 24th March 2017. Non-surgical. Moon boot for 3 1/2 months Walking now for last two weeks.I just started these exercises, week 18 very carefully avoiding excessive foot angle up, since possible re-tear is 60% more likely when you have non-surgical repair. Be careful!!!!!!!!

I ruptured my AT, stitched it 20 days ago. Today my doctor removed the splint which as at 30-35degree, and put my leg in 10degree splint again. He said after a week another splint at 90degree, after a week that, i can full weight bear without a splint. I think my doctor is doing the process very fast.

Hi sir pls pardon... were the same questions how many weeks is phase1,phse2 and phase 3 my achellis tendun was repair too... i need home stretchis or rehablitate my own exercise.. because physical therapy is so expensive in every session.... im on 6th weeks from my surgery.... but now i can walk a little no scratches.... thanks for replying me.. god bless.. your ved is so helpful..
