Swap deal or transfer, but he should not be swapped for Marcus Rashford, the inconsistent winger who will never be a legend winger for Manchester United similar to Ryan Giggs and David Beckham. Barcelona has not had an England player since Gary Lineker in the 80s, put Barcelona will not get an England player anytime soon and it certainly won't be Marcus Rashford given Marcus Rashford's 2025 season wages. Marcus Rashford made 15.6 million British pounds, yet he can only score four goals for the 2024/25 Premier League season as of January 6th, 2025. Barcelona should not be pursuing a player who will not only make more money than Jules Koundé, but is super inconsistent. Barcelona shouldn't even entertain the idea of acquiring Marcus Rashford when there are better options for a left-winger.

Rashford is a horrible swap for Flick's scheme and his salary, Ferren has a upside with no ceiling and his passion for the game is stronger than Rashford being another bust. Hopefully this is just a rumor.

I think the board meeting has hire a business advisor but more importantly new board members, Laporte is a wonderful business wizard that almost pulled off Messi staying at Barca forever and Xavier from leaving but the board keeps getting in the way. Hi, Football Tolks! After watching that game, It is so embarrassing that Barcelona can't even finish a lot of their chances against a defensive oriented Atlético Madrid. Robert Lewandowski should not be missing so many chances regardless of how old he is. Atlético Madrid only had five shot attempts and four of them were on target and two of those on target shots resulted in goals from midfielder Rodrigo De Paul and substitute striker Alexander Sørloth! Barcelona couldn't even keep half of their total shots on target despite dominating possession as expected.

So it’s win/ win for him, I respect his lawyers because they saw this coming and made sure he was protected.
