FINALLY! Thank you. It worked on my X20. Mine speed is set to 26mph. I only ever go 20mph, so that's perfect for me. Question... What is the gear cog on the X20? Cassette or Freewheel?

How can I or anyone unlock the display if they - like many - have either forgotten or lost their PIN code or - like me(new P1 owner) - accidentally set a PIN at screen 'P8' and discovered later that I could no longer activate the display or the ebike or even the lights anymore! If you have error 5 . Step1-Turn on bike. Step2-hold +- till secret menu shows up. Step3- hold + for 15sec. Done -throtle and speed unlocked

It does not reset me, it lets me do the steps but the configuration stays the same, it does not let me change it, it is blocked and does not have a password.

So we are so many to complain with our error 5. Did someone found how to solve it? Or what is it exactly?

I did activate it once. Now that I want to deactivate it, I no longer have 22 error code anymore. I have 25 error code instead an it won't deactivate. Any solution ?

Good morning, I have the Engwe L20 2024 UK version. I have unlocked the throttle and speed to test off road, and have re-restricted the bike to 15.5mph and throttle off, but, the push assist is still active on the throttle, between 1-5. Can I deactivate the push assist? If so, how do I do this in settings?

When I hold - and i in for 3 seconds my display just flashes and wont allow me to access the advanced settings any reason for that please help

If this is not working. Go to p1 and hold the + button for 10secs 63 will pop up on ur screen After that hold the power button There you go

The problem is in the switch under the frame, it does not give current, it needs to be replaced with a new one, or to be shunted, isolated. Good luck from Bulgaria.

Needs mud guards, a kickstand and also buckle to keep the wheels together when folded and wheeling it .

Factory reset dose not reset everything i have tried twice the throttle still works I have even tried the switch off pull brake and throttle then switch on for 10 seconds that never worked
