I grew in in Chicago and we were stepping when I was 16. Times Square with Herb Kent had some of the best steppers on the Planet and no one has done it better since then. It's not looking like Buffalos with a hump in your step, it's smooth, cool and graceful, with boss foot work and staying in time with your partner on the beat.
