Why cant i change window resolution in the configurations?

Ok. lol Vulkan is crashing my game and causing weird effects on my screen so I will be reverting to DX12. Anyway, just to notify, I don't follow build guides but I did take a look at what people do just for a general guideline or an idea to say. Ahh, a different loop extension that at least tries, instead of upload/s that just repeat from beginning to end. Although not quite as I hoped for, it's still a nice variant of looping. Thank you!
