Anyone want to collab
Yeah
@@wizidellaustine6416 what is your daw
Okay, so I just heard the song for the first time. This is really good, bro! You're getting better and better. I would love to collab with you in the near future if you're down. Only thing is, I think it's time to upgrade - get better sounds, get better plugins, switch to something brand new. You are mastering BandLab, and it's time to take a hike from it completely! I use loops, and I don't know how to create MIDI, but seeing your journey is an inspiration to me! Also, in the beats you are making, I would suggest turning down stuff - that's it. That I cannot stress enough: sometimes turning down the 0.00 DB to a -3.00 DB is essential, and some people just completely miss it. So that's my only other critique. Besides that, keep up the good work. I know it's just a remake, so there's not much to say, but bro, you got it - keep going! You're going to be huge one day. Hopefully, you remember me when you make it!!!
ty for the support
nice job bro; question, how do you figure out the different patterns, for example the bass pattern
this time i just listened really hard. The bass patern on Redbone is actually really audible compared to other songs. the chords are the same throughout the song so i listned to the verse part and figureed those out. I think there are other sounds which I missed in the song. but this is all i could discern.
@@prod.missilenever heard it. Sounds like it has dope potential tho. Those programs always remind me of a layered music box. Loops, right? Instead of hammering pins and filing combs, you just click. Seriously, I can understand how ppl get addicted to technology. Can’t say I blame them for their ridiculous prices either. Innovation costs a fortune, lots of prototypes and failures. I mean, I do it too. I just dislike planned obsolescence and future proofing (for a little bit) has so many factors to consider (google glasses anyone lol) you can be paralyzed for choice until you reach the top. Only ever a couple players at the top, and always one above all. Healthy competition is a good thing lol Edit: my bad. I meant “quality over quantity”
this is ass
Dope🔥💯💯
melody got me floating fr. all it really needs is some bass
check out my latest beat!! im sure you'd love it 🥺
Alright bro, here's what I'm gonna say: try adjusting your arrangement and turning down levels. My suggested arrangement pattern is: Piano-Piano + Strings-Piano + Strings + Drums-Piano + Strings-Piano + Strings + Drums-Piano + Strings (Fade out/Fader) The + song indicates elements playing together (e.g., Piano + Strings). Arrangement is cool, but also ensure things aren't clipping. 0DB is alright, especially for your 21st track, but now's the time to mix, turn down or turn up sounds for desired vibrancy. That piano could've been turned down for a more vintage sound! Consider adding an 808 for extra spice. Overall, a good beat - 7/10. Keep going!
thanks bro, goated advice
@@prod.missile Goated work gets Goated advice 🫡
Maybe try aranging the chords where its an up down up down movement if you would like to add some contrast
Check out my beats I also am a BandLab producer lmk wht you guys think I post them on yt so sub while you’re there!
try switching the snare placements from a 2 4 to a 3 7, itll give it some more trap bounce
I think if you added an 808 it’d be fire also more variation with the piano would be cool keep trying it sounds really cool!
I need a good Reese so much man
Really fire beats! I think we should hit up and do a few tracks!

hey nice work so far the chord progression is awesome! i'm also learning and i have a couple suggestions 1. if you put a little more reverb on the piano it'll make it sound that much more awesome (if your reverb has an option for more stereo that would be even better) 2. your lead 2 has a lot of low-mid which is not bad itself, it just conflicts with the other lead. if you add a graphic EQ like on the piano and turn down the 250-300-ish range it'll make it sound less "bloated" 3. i always find it nice to put some reverb on the higher-pitch percussion but not sure if it would fit with the vibe of this 4. your mix is clipping, turn down the drums a slight bit
true, the mid-low freq on the first lead especially. idk why i didnt turn that down. most of the time i only realise mistake after i upload the beat.

good work keep it up bro💯. lil tip tho dont start with ur drums, add drums based on the melody and see what works with it. melody should come first, then drums, then percs and fx and everything else
idk if theres one definitive place to start. for example ive heard to start with chords and make your melody off that
@@RuardOozer yea i know it's all personal preference and you can really start with drums if you wanted. but yea ur right, starting with any melodic aspect is the most efficient
