I am doing some songwriting, and want to share some of it on this channel. I find music to be one of the strongest form of expression.

In love songs, it's mostly the heart ❤ that is a symbol for love. That's all well and good, but I sometimes think that the heart is a bit fragile and unpredictable..
I believe in love that lasts!

I've been listening to a lot of JJ Cale songs lately, and was inspired to make a quick cover of "Magnolia". JJ Cale was one of my musical heroes in my younger days.. and he still is! Thank you! Yes on this song I only used Audio Evolution Mobile, if I remember correctly. The other songs I have out here, I used Reaper on a PC.

Thanks a lot, I'm glad you enjoyed it! I actually used my smartphone for this song. A DAW app, "Audio Evolution Mobile", that works pretty good on my Samsung S8 phone. I hooked it directly to my cheep external soundcard. For the strings, I made midi tracks in the program without any keyboard. I just arranged it directly in the midi editor. This DAW uses SoundFonts for the midi. This particular SoundFont is called "Florestan String Quartet", I believe. Found it somewhere on the net for free :)
