I joined a session and noticed a LEVEL 300 TRYHAED in the middle of Los Santos. It seemed like the guy wasn't doing anything wrong, but then at some point he approached me with his car and then snipped me... but to his surprize, I wasn't just another easy target for him! I followed him with my cop car and started the battle against him!
