I knew from the get the table was gong to get scratched but you know what....well worth it, awesome video and laugh! How is that reverse flow treating you?
Lol Thank you sir! It’s been great so far! Been practicing with it and getting ready for our next comp. It’s responds very well to adjustments, and easy to dial in.

That scratch on the table is gonna cost you an arm and an eye haha. That's a pretty dope steam smoker though! Can't wait to taste what comes outa that thing!

🤣🤣 I tried to tell her it was already there…. She came and found me after she saw the video. I have been informed that there will no longer be any smokers on the dinner table.
