Thanks and Happy Holidays to you and your crew!
Love this video. I am so a cottage garden gal. Love love love that Flamethrower Redbud!
I like your channel…hope we get longer landscaping videos this spring
🎉
Beautiful job! Love how you incorporate so many items. Adding the ornaments is a great idea, too! Really enjoying your channel!
@@TheGardenMouse aww thank you so much!! Glad you’re here and enjoying yourself! 🙏🏼🫶🏼
So Nice ❤❤😍😍
Very pretty
Thanks for the fun and interesting planter creation!
I love both of you guys! I found you on Corey’s video so yes I would love you two to do more together! Thanks!
Love your pots. They turned out so sweet!
Thanks so much! 😊
I love winter pots 🙂
Just picking, I can’t unsee the tag😂, I can hear my husband saying are ya gonna take the “f” tag off? Go to Arizona and see your family. You’re a riot. Containers are fabulous!
😂😂😂🙈 I should’ve checked the front from the beginning! Rookie mistake! Hehe And thank you so much! 🙏🏼
🤣😂🤣Merry Holidays and Happy Christmas to you too! Your pots turned out so cute, but I've got to say you nearly exhausted me with the 5 minutes of gathering supplies from your yard. 🥰
Happy Holidays to you as well! I am also exhausted from running around the yard! hehe
Not a silly question at all!! But yes! We like to water the soil before install (but this client already had their spigots shut off for the season!). The cut branches will still drink up some water over the next few weeks, helping them stay nice and green and drop fewer needles! Plus, once the soil freezes it really locks everything into place! 👏🏼 Great question!
so pretty! Silly question, do you need to water these at all? I am in the midwest too and we can get some warmer winter days.
Love the pots and twerking!😄👍🏻
Heheh no better combination, right?! ☺
You are hilarious! I'm glad I found you. Beautiful pots by the way.😁
🤭Hehe, thank you so much! Thanks so much for following along!!
You definitely made me smile. Twerk away😂
Aww I love this! 🥰 And thank youuuuu! 💃
❤Happy Holidays! Thank you for showing us the lovely planters and your process constructing them!
Happy Holidays to you as well!
❤
Those pots turned out beautifully, and yes baby goats are sooooo cute.
Thank you so much! And yes -- so cute!!!
Have you considered using cardboard vs landscape fabric? Cardboard naturally decomposes vs landscape fabric is toxic to the environment.
Thank you for your question! We actually do use cardboard for weed suppression as much as we can-it’s a fantastic, eco-friendly option! Sometimes, though, we run out of cardboard, especially on larger projects, so we use landscape fabric as a backup. That said, we’re very mindful about how we use fabric-it’s only ever a temporary solution, usually for just one season, to smother grass before moving forward with planting or mulching. We always aim to remove it as soon as it’s done its job! 😊
❤❤❤
Get you some castor rub in and put on your knees, cover when going to bed. Do this until you feel better. Thank Barbara O'Neiil
I have no idea how in the world you got that much secured in that pot!
Hello from Australia! Great video :) Congratulations on your success!
Wow!!! Hello Australia! So glad to have you here! I'd love to learn more about gardening in your neck of the woods! Thanks so much for tagging along here!
The pots look so abundant and interesting with all the contrasting colors and textures! You have a great eye for decorating. I'm a new subscriber after Corey introduced you to us, and I'm really enjoying your content!
Thanks so much!! This is so sweet!
❤️ I love Duluth Trading Overalls! All the pockets and you can put knee pads in them!! Also the Roo harvesting apron is great it has a pocket for pruners up top and big pocket for harvest or when pruning
Yesss!!! We have a very similar style! hehe
Very nice.im going to redo my pots.
Oh fun!! I hope you have a blast with that!!
I love the content and ye please do another collaboration
We're working on it!!! hehe!
The pathway is looking fabulous. I love how you use curved lines in the landscaping!
Love this video...Planters are my favorite. Can't believe how fast your channel is growing. Congratulations!!
Planters are one of my favorite things as well! I love how creative I get to be, within a small space making big impact!! Thanks so much for following along!
Glad to see u!
Definitely also a collector of stray, abused and abandoned rescue plants. 😊 New progress looks great!
I have a golden hakone grass that has turned a fabulous pinkish red and yellow. I bought it for the shade garden but didn't expect fall color too.
Thankyou for the inspiration Kayla. They look fantastic. I am glad Corey introduced you.
Thanks so much!! I am so thankful and glad for Coreys shoutout as well! 🥰
try the „chelsea chop“ on the english asters. remove one third to half of its growth midseason. it makes plants fuller, bloom longer and prevents them from becoming leggy. asters usually respond very well to that.
Hi Kayla. Corey sent me here and I really love your videos. Subscribed and looking forward to seeing what you do with your farm! I’m in MN zone 5 with family in Des Moines. We are also going to plant more evergreens on our property so this video was very informative
Okay, time to do some pots!
Yess!!! Get out there and see what you can find!! 🌲
great ideas
Thanks!!
You guys are so fun together!
Thanks so much! We had a blast talking about this, and we look forward to the next collaborations!
The pots look beautiful & love that you decorated them to last thru the winter!!!❤
Thank you so much! Yes, that's the goal! To fill these pots with things that will give you the most bang for your buck, and last as long as possible!!
We LOVE ideas from both of you! Thank you!!😊
That was so much fun watching you both! And lots of great ideas. Mostly for MY Christmas list 😅
That collaboration was fun to watch-both ends. Thanks
Great collaboration and great info!
Thanks Kevin!!
I buy baskets from Restore and goodwill, I have shepherds hooks spread throughout my garden beds and hang my baskets on them, and I usually find my gloves and tools in them😂
Oh the shepherds hooks-- this is such a great idea!!! *Noting this for next spring! :)
Thanks for the ideas! Love your channel and Corey’s channel! Do another video!!
Done!!! We are going to start working on some ideas for future collabs!!
I actually love the Large Kneeling Pad from Garden Answer! It is big enough that when I sit on the ground my knees and feet are both on the pad. It is really soft and the quality is great! It’s not like any other kneeling pad I’ve ever used. It also has a coating on it, so it doesn’t soak up moisture. It’s also really easy to clean.
Okay definitely ordering one now!!
Thank you so much for the info. I’ve been tempted to get one, but wasn’t sure.
I honestly really love mine and I hope you guys will too! In the past I’ve purchased kneeling pads thinking that I would use them, but I always forgot about them because they didn’t work properly. I find myself grabbing the Garden Answer one every time I plant something.
Also, if you guys would like information on the Giraffe Tools Retractable Hose Reel, I just did a video about it and there is a giveaway too!
The planters are lovely! Great ideas shown!
Thank you so much!
