I thought DR Horton would be out of business by now with the amount of lawsuits they have against them.

Ooh.. a master looking out over that huge yard and a pond. Very doable for a senior couple, and all on the first floor. Not sure about the grey walls, because they always make me feel like it's raining, but that's cosmetic and can easily be changed.

Ny favorite features are the blue doors and the back door with a huge window overlooking the pond. It gives it a quiet country feel. I also like the easy-access shower in the master. This is really helpful if someone has a wonky hip or breaks a leg skiing. I like to see sustainability features in affordable new construction-especially somewhere like SC with plenty of sun-because it saves on utility bills. But I think a couple will be very happy in this house!
