I don't know if that would be a good layering because of how VERY different they are but also sweet, I almost feel like both fragrances would be fighting for the spotlight ... but it's not a tattoo so you can always wash it off... Valaya gives me such a headache though so I know I wouldn't want to smell it lol 😂 it's a gorgeous scent but a no for my head.🥲

My biggest problem that I’m trying to get past is if I see a lot of people love something and I don’t like it I try to force myself to change my mind. Trying to learn what we love can sometimes be hard

You should never be afraid to communicate if you do or do not like something, especially on public platforms… I feel like there are times where brands expect the compliment sandwich regarding their products, hoping that they'll be sold quickly before anything negative is said... versus people just really being honest so that they have what information they REALLY need to improve their products: HONESTY. Everything won't be for everyone and that I accept & understand. Even if the majority says they like it and you don't, that is your truth & if they don't like it- too bad. Thank You... I am a former MAC cosmetics artist (old skool- not new 😂💯) and product specialist so sometimes I know what I'm doing ;o)... I'm just old.🙃😂 Thanks for watching!💜

Absolutely! I think sometimes people assume the majority enjoying it will also mean they do, but they may be that one out of the hundred that's like NAH I do not like this or it's not for me! The more you sample, the easier those "disappointments" become, especially in fragrances you thought you would love! Great advice, especially for the new fragrance lovers looking for tips! 💯 I try not to simply push a fragrance off as I love it, but but also give the side of where I could also understand why somebody would not like it.

I'd be pressed to say venom of love and lost in a dream are the two best I've smelled from Navitus and her collaborating... 💯

It wasn't quite a spot on dupé of milk. The added notes gave it that slight difference the intensity of milk, expressive or bold- definitely out "woody" this fragrance though. If you allowed it to macerate, you would smell the croissant as well. Close but not the same- also released AFTER so I could see the comparison regardless as I mentioned this in my review of it. Yes, venom of love is nice, but that could also be compared to other chocolate cherry scents as well. Thanks for watching

I didn't get to smell that one but a lot of people I know that got it decluttered. So I was glad I didn't buy.

😂 I could be telling my age with that potpourri reference of bug spray, but that's what it smelled like to me initially... I really wish they would let these fragrances develop into whatever THEY are smelling before bottling & putting them out. The fact that you almost have to wait 1 to 3 months AFTER purchase for the fragrance to really take its true scent form is why reviews can't be given in a complete positive light up front. I have no issue giving an update on a fragrance... & While I do enjoy this, I can tell it needs to sit. I have not smelled melon kiss and a few people said they Decluttered it almost immediately so I may skip on that one completely. Hopefully it develops into something you enjoy & thanks for watching!

Yeah, I know the frame can come off... I don't fool with it. I know a lot of people don't like it. At the price point of them, even if you don't care for them it's not a bad fragrance in the least. I've had the other Yara since last year... they're ok. Not my favorite thing to reach for but they work. Glad you're enjoying yours & Thanks for watching!

I've never watched her channel but have heard of her and own the other fragrances... my opinions are professional leaning and based... & of course subject to personal taste. We always have to decipher hype but what we love others don't and vice versa... as long as we are open to that fact when watching reviews subjectively and knowing what we do and don't enjoy- we should be alright. Glad you enjoyed this review .

Exactly that’s why I avoid reviews from the navitus crew because when they review each others fragrances they’re always “obsessed”. Blind bought melon kiss and it was a huge let down

I'm not the person that will lie about what I think or feel regarding anybody's product; I'm spending my money on it & I am an agent of the beauty industry and have been for over 15 years now...😂 Nobody likes being told one thing when or if it's really another for most. I believe most influencers hype each other to a degree as it's part of the game but consumers have to decipher hype. The influencer train is dying... because of this disconnect. We need REAL reviews from people willing to spend the money AND tell the truth. (PR or not TBH) I'm not an influencer... & I do not receive free things or money. I review things from my personal taste, but also try look at things objectively in the realm of what others may think or feel too. I'm glad you enjoyed the video... thanks for watching!

@attimesava1596 I feel like this industry as a whole is going through a major shift and in that shift is coming the 'resurgence of real.' From makeup products to fragrance I've been seeing a lot of "old-school RUclipsrs" come back & their content is still amazing! They were telling truths long before the PR train got flooded. I believe you all will begin to see more honest reviews 360° because consumers are fed up. I'm not an influencer. I actually am within the beauty industry and have long before the RUclips boom and saw what the influencer bust did- not only to peoples opinions, but also their ability to have real knowledge or thoughts about products. I hope your find the creators that give you what you need!

@@1FragrantVirgo all good points. I’m interested in the new Yara Candy but honestly avoiding the reviews of those that went to their event. Yes they may like the fragrance but the shopping cart on tik tok has me wondering if they really love the fragrance or if it’s a “like” and they’re hyping it for the commissions

I agree. I do not care for their brand.

Unfortunately, like a lot of their fragrances- they need to sit a while before they reach the point that obviously the developers got to when they okayed the formula.😒 So I would suggest continuing to wear it if you'd like the scent (which I do) but also be mindful. It may be another month or two before you smell it at its full of potential! this was the case with lost in a dream for me… It was very soft, but after about the second month of having it, it developed and had more depth...and more potent fragrance where I could identify the notes better as well. @1FragrantVirgo You're welcome. I experienced the same with Lost in a Dream, but why is it such a difference between AI's perfume. I liked all of hers on first spray...except for Amorous Intense. Amorous took more time for me to decide to keep her. She's my number 3 in AI's perfume lineup.

@MagnifiscentsbyVern it may have something to do with the notes she's chosen, since they're all very bright by nature I feel… And I feel the same. My favorite is actually amour infinite, followed by ambrosia imperiale, then amorous intense.💯

While I do love BR 540 it is not sweet. It's a very airy but "sweetened" vs sweet. I prefer the extrait to the OG though... and while it does not smell masculine to me; I could see where it could for someone that's interesting because my nose barely picks up Blanche Bête😂 it smells like sweet nothing to me lol And that's interesting because I love tuberose🤣 but is Baccarat hyped?? absolutely I have smelled tons of fragrances that smell better for sure. Amazon!!! I find the cutest tops there. Just gotta dig into 5-9 pages 😂

It is absolutely not that it is very much bright & semi-aldehydic.... the strawberry jam in it is level. The apple 🍏 note lingers throughout but with a lot of their fragrances they need to macerate another 1-2 months before putting them out honestly. But nooo this is NOT gourmand in that way . 💯

Also if you're looking good something like that check out Sugar Me Sweet BBT... pure gourmands and very affordable. 💜 let them know I sent you!

Never a problem and it is absolutely nothing like that house of sillage fragrance! Whew!! 😂 I would be inclined to say the Capri in Kayali's Vacay a bottle set is closer to Hufflepuff...💛

I apologize for the late reply… That initial blast of fragrance is definitely polarizing if you're not used to that DNA… But I also feel like this is going to be one of those that has to sit before it smells good to most which sucks because it should come to rock.

Sadly, You have to purchase it online, but what it smells like is a day at the fair.... light airy popcorn with a touch of butter, some caramel and cotton candy... not sure if you've ever smelled caramel pop by vivamor but it smells similar to that with cotton candy added💜
