Today i'll make an easy flan recipe . Hope you enjoy it ;) Ingredients list :- 2 eggs 10 tbs milk powder 2 cups water Vanilla extract 3 tbs sugar Lemon or orange zest (optional) For caramel :- 2 tbs sugar and 2 tbs water Cook for 40 minutes on low flame Insert a toothpick in the middle , the toothpick should come out clean.
