I played it, but it was named "Tactics" because it was an European copy, of course it was since I'm European myself. I love the whole franchise. (Plus, it was my childhood most favorite videogame on PSP)

Game gear had some really good stuff. Mortal Kombat, the NBA Jam games, Road Rash.... I had a Game Gear, played it a lot, and was a huge F1 fan at that age too. I don't remember this game and I assume that's because it is terrible.
