What happens when AI takes over control of the neurotechnology? Mans ethics will not matter at all.

Thank you, Dr. Giordano. You are such an amazing speaker. Time passes quick, when i listen to your lectures. Greetings from Holland! One small advice: some times, you talk a little bit too fast. But the use of your language, and the choice of your words is clear and unique.

The reason why there is "Dystopian ideation" around Neuro-Weapons is because the U.S. Military is TORTURING citizens with this technology in the United States. NeuroEthics Committees have failed. They are testing methods of "disruption" on average citizens and they are destroying the minds of innocent people .... People are DYING. How the hell could there not be Dystopian ideation. Get a grip on reality before you open your mouth James.

Wow! I've thought about a lot of theories of consciousness over the years, but I never thought of bringing time as a dimension into the picture!

From what I have observed, nearly every shooter in the mass shootings that have occurred were reported to be on some type of medication, typically antidepressants. Indicative of neuroscience catalyst. Mass disruption and whatnot. Neuroscience and technology is contrary to ethics.

It is interesting for me in terms of using the methodology to understand the phenomenological effect of meditation on brain cognition and resulting behavior (affect, attention, memory, cognitive control, mind wandering) of human mind and to understand the network level activity (relative to a non-meditative person) which creates such effect in mediators.
