I was a rabid Cure fan in the 90's. I've always loved this song, but it never moved me the way the Lumineer's cover just did. Maybe it's the extra 30 years of living, but I think this time the cover crushed it. I still love Robert Smith, but gave up wanting to marry him when I was 16.
