    This looks delicious. I don’t have any oranges atm, but I do have a huge bag of kumquats so I might use them and add a few poppy seeds to balance it off. 😘

      @@solmenopause It turned out very well. I added a cup of freshly squeezed orange juice that I had on hand, as kumquats didn't produce much juice when mulched up. And I added a tad extra sweetener. It delicious. I had made a double batch, so i cooked it at 160 deg in a large shallow baking dish for 90mins. DELICIOUS.

      Sure, you can use any oil and also butter. I would try the same amount of butter to replace avocado oil.

      Yes you can try egg whites. I would put 2 egg whites to replace 1 whole egg. So if you want to try 2 whole eggs and the rest from egg whites, I would put egg whites from 6 eggs (since the recipe calls for 5 whole eggs). The texture should be lighter.
