Rivet tool Milwaukee M12 mode 2550 review.
Просмотров 2574 года назад
The M12™ Rivet Tool is the first cordless solution that delivers fast, easy riveting while maintaining performance, durability, and size. The 2550 can pull up to 250 3/16" stainless steel rivets or 450 1/8" steel rivets on one charge with a 1.5ah battery, and reduces muscle effort from a hand tool by 60%. No compressors or hoses during set up and operation makes this tool a great replacement to...

I bought one 2 years ago, made in Thailand. Then another a few months ago, made in China. Both exactly the same. No problem.
21700 cells?
Thanks for this! When people torque the nuts we can't really imagine how tight they are but this really makes it clear, very nicely done 😊 I just bought the Ryobi today, seems like the same 360nm as tested, glad it's been around for a few years. The kit I bought (R18iwz14)) came with charger and 4AH battery was only NZ$295 (US$174) - very happy to see it did well!
whats the range compared to stock lead battery ?
Better know how to use the tool before doing a demo........
seems like this would be a good mod for a razor e300
Drill time are almost same, but 26D has lighter weight and price at same level.
5 Adapter dazwischen machen es nicht besser !
How much?
So that's what they mean by foot pounds😆
ruclips.net/channel/UC-Ru4ZAHlA60bYe0OMYNMyg
How many recharge cycles do these batteries hold up, before you'd have to buy a replacement?
depends on how you use them, anywhere from 500-2000
haha

Yep, it's really good - when you press the trigger, it works. Wow.
Apparently if you keep blipping the trigger before you use it. ...... yup you got it.....it wears it out faster.
You should not push, let the machine do the job
Exactly.
I'm torn between this and the DTW700 will be used on vehicle maintenance, anyone used both or found that this one is a bit lacking ? the 700 is only an extra £65
Did you decide between the two? I too am in a similar dilemma.
@@rohanpinto79 went with the dtw700 it’s great and will last forever , it has enough grunt to remove pretty much anything off a car but is also still small enough to get it into tight spaces it’s the perfect medium
I bought the dtw 301 because i got it for 105€ cheaper than dtw701
@@danijel124 are you happy with it? any problems?
Wtf...
The Makita DTW1001RTJ has a 3/4" square drive, so you don't have to use an adapter from 1/2" to 3/4" that makes it losing a lot of torque output.
xwto8 is 1/2 in
Milwaukee is better .
what a useless waste of 5.20s of video to bother uploading (glad i skipped through and saved myself 5.10s !! pity, as its actually a decent tool, but doesn't review it by any means.
Goodbye ears.

To those worried about "Made in China", don't...! Makita tool's been made in many different countries for a long time now so one cannot argue they are made here, or there, both here and there would be more accurate. But it's not like the Chinese themselves designed something truly crappy and pushing the limits for cheap raw materials and design just to maximize profits and show them too can be great business men, yeah sure take away 95% of the quality and rigorous testing by the Japanese at home soild and then sell for 70% of the cost, sound real cheap and they look about the same, what's the problem right? Problem is massive, Chinese no name brands should not make them period, by the real deal Makita can be found pretty cheap even here in the EU looking at the right spots and we know they have proper quality control of anything from raw materials to finished tool don't worry about "Made in China". Absolutely worry though about buying some cheap China knock off crap that had no quality controls at all instead.
Got the 301, identical specs and all, cant find any differences. Today i used it for the first time, to change all 4 wheels on my cargovan. Previously used a Ryobi for these jobs and frequently had trouble loosening some bolts/nuts and was hard to get them tightened evenly, plus it unscrewed them at full speed which wasnt very nice.. The Makita fixed all those problems, loosened all without problems or delay at setting 3 (it stops when the bolt is loosened then goes on to screw it out at low speed) and tightened first at setting 1, then at setting 2, perfect! No risk of bolts coming loose, no risk of overtightening. Checked with a regular wrench and Yes, it was perfect indeed. Will never buy anything else than Makita, they know what is important, the few but supersmart features made this the fastest and easiest change of wheels ever.
I think they're the same except for the 1/2" head, they both have 1/2" heads but one has a knob and the other a hole I think, one of them holds the socket better

Dewalt eats makita for breakfast
... and dies.
@@AndreiIR000 so why, you have working experience with both of them,i am chief engineer on ships for a long time and we use cordless tools 24/7,makita dtw is not reliable and is not powerful like dewalt dcf899 so for example why makita dtw can not unfasten boolts on covers of booster heater on evaporator and dewalt can and i can tell you that their tools are not reliable a most of them fail after 1 or 2 year of use and my company decided to cancel contract with them, during my navigation on ships we used all brands of pro hand and electrical and cordless tools like ingersoll rand, milwaukee, aeg, metabo, bosch pro, snap on,makita is not reliable anymore like 20 years ago and this model dtw can not reach certain torque and much of their tools is designed delibrately to brake, dewalt is much more powerful and more reliable in long term, try also aeg bss 18htd12b6 with 1550 fastening torque and 2100 unfastening torque with 6 operating modes, ingersoll w7152,metabo ssw series is also reliablle,if you are stick to makita then buy it i am just telling you this from experience.
@@AndreiIR000 and sir one more thing take a look on switch which is used to change operating modes and you can see that dewalt has sliding switch which can operate for ages and now take a look at makita dtw switch to change modes this switch have tendency to crack and you are not able to switch modes after use and abuse and like i written before is designed to fail and this is unfortunately on all makita cordless tools and also i am telling you from experience.
@@stijepozupa5150 all my respect. I have the Makita DTW1002 and it works perfect. I've looked into the most powerful DeWalt impact wrench and found that www.amazon.com/DEWALT-DCF899B-Brushless-Torque-Impact/dp/B00WJA1J68 produces less torque.
@@AndreiIR000 yes,you have right but but in my country there is old saying that every medal has 2 sides sometimes what is written sometimes can be false,ok how dcf899 can unfasten bolts on covers of booster heater on evaporator and this bolts are tighten up to 800nm and makita dtw 1001 which is used in drydock i mean of their workers, workers in dry dock using this makita not the crew from our cruise liner can not unfasten approximately 18 bolts and not a single one and both are on highest modes, then it seems that delivered torque in makita is lie,but since you bought dtw there is no any more point that we discuss about challenge of dewalt and makita.
well one thing , he knows where the trigger is !!
Did you run into any issues yet? I just did this exactly to my hover alpha.
Just wondering if it worked for you. I got some alphas that dobt work

What different compare with dtw1001
Makita DTW1001RTJ is 3/4" 1050 Nm Makita DTW1002RTJ is 1/2" 1000 Nm
This is the same as US model XWT14Z. DTW300 is not available in Canada. I had to get one from the states. Has excellent build quality and many advanved electronic control features. Love Makita because they do what they do in style and dont get caught up in the strongest or most powerful competitions like a lot of youtubers try to do.
Yes, the DTW300XVZ is available in Canada as of this date,..July 2021 I just ordered one.
Hi where can I buy one of those shoulder straps please
