Thanks for sharing this nice video of SU Marching Band! As a band member back in grade school and high school, this is something I missed. Both De La Salle University and Ateneo de Manila University do not have a university band. When I taught at the University of Santo Tomas (UST), I watched a big band, very much similar to our SU Band. In my limited knowledge both UP Diliman and UST focus so much on their symphony orchestra instead of a more exciting marching band. Kudos to SU Band for being the best!

@@louiemoon5004 actually iba lang talaga ang style dito sa lugar namin, medyo laid back lang ang band competitons unlike sa ibang competitons kagaya ng penafrancia. Kung nakita mo lang ang ibang competitors nitong band during the competiton for sure masasabi mo na mas ok ito

iba po kasi yung standards sa Silliman University band, very western influenced and they emphasize on grace and elegance. Hindi nga po dapat hataw yung pag twirl sa marching bands :) if you don't like how they perform, then please look for other performances po! :D
