I am surprised by the dishonesty shown by John’s Hopkins hospital during that time because I am a current patient at John’s Hopkins. I guess that’s why we have to sign numerous paperwork before surgery or any examination at the hospital. Yet, the hospital wants you to sign paperwork for you to be responsible for the bill if your insurance doesn’t cover it but the hospital fails to give you an estimate before the procedure!
