I like this version more unfortunately compared to the album version. I guess it is because it doesn’t sound auto tuned and the bass here is louder and clearer.

Same, and I litterally smell the smells of grass and burning wood, I see the orange/pink/salmon sunset and the first stars at the sky, I hear the birds going slowely to sleep and I hear the river nearby my home, I feel the cool wind on my face and the soft sand under my toes, and I taste Heineken beer and Camel cigarettes. It's no lie, those are litterally all the things I experience every time again whenever I think about ARTPOP. It will forever be my #1 favorite album of all music history.
Right.. But everybody hated/ didn't appreciate this album. When in fact we heard every genre/style/variety from this album. One of her best

Well, when this got leaked, they're playing it on the radio in my country the very next morning.
The differences between this version and the released album version is: 1:15 She sings "woman of choice" instead of speaking it 1:28 She sings "love" in a more sustained tone 1:37 The lead into the next verse is completely cut off in the released version
Which is why this is the best

When I first saw this performance I seriously gasped, not at the intro but when the song really got started. I remember this so well because I've loved a lot of songs but none have ever made me gasp from the shock of hearing something so surprisingly incredible for the first time. I was so disappointed with the studio version. There's a rawness to this performance so fitting for this song that the polished, tame studio version heartbreakingly lacks
