The best way to use throwing knives is to creep up extremely close and aim right for the head. These arent like the assassins creed ones where any hit kills em. Also try the axe or hatchet whatever it is. Those definitely kill in one shot

What blew me away was setting the difficulty at the beginning. The harder the game the darker you are.
