I was the dummy in the Fit. Many laps of trying to nurse rain tires in the semi-dry followed by a mad dash to the front when it started coming down. Seeing the early white flag was a huge disappointment, but I guess a tornado warning is pretty good reason to flag a race. Fun!

One of best races in my old RHD h-prod Sprite, was in '07(?) at the Mid-O national when the entire field got absolutely drenched about half way through the race, as we all were on hot clicks by that point is was a skating rink. I had the second fastest lap of the entire small bore group -for the wet laps anyway!

Good try Kendall ! nice car but you need to straighten out your corners. Every second that your tires are not straight you are scrubbing off speed. Try and get a ride with someone who knows the entry and exit points you will get faster for sure ! Good Luck !!

Glad you are ok, sorry about the car. Hard impact. Was the steering wheel release a NRG? Didn't come off till impact, but it did release. We run them on our cars, only had a issue once, and that was because someone damaged the connection using the wrong tool. Just curious

That's a sticky little car there, I saw one corner you came at just a tad late and thought 'uh oh, there he goes"...but nope! I wish I knew more about what it took to get onto the track with a factory stock road legal car just to get used to it and not worry about slowing others down or just plain being a nuisance to other drivers. Great vid.

I guess we'll have to agree on disagreeing. "Good racing between classes" would be between two cars running similar lap times. I agree he (the Anglia) is well within his rights, but a point by would be the gentlemanly thing to do.

The Anglia was a GT car with alternate (huge) brakes. His car was pretty darty & I was hesitant to banzai him.
