Thank you Julie for all you are doing! I do a very small amount of assistance to the homeless here in CT. One of the things I offer to those who have pets, in addition to food, is disposable dishes and utencils to feed their dogs and cats. I also include some plastic bags so they can dispose of the trash properly. Not sure if that is something you do also. I admire you so much and may our Lord continue to bless you in your mission.

It's great that you want to help, but do you really think these people want to have a camera stuck in their faces? Dealing with the hardest time in their lives? Dealing with mental illness or addiction?? They are not zoo animals on display... You can help without exploiting people's weaknesses.... The things that matter the most are things done when no one is watching..

I feel that some of the homeless are really demanding and precise for example, what brand of shampoo or soap do they want, back in the day when I was homeless, any shampoo or soap was good to me as long as I could wash myself 🤣

Homelessness could happen to anybody. For whatever reason a person is down on their luck, if they’re thirsty give them water. If they’re hungry feed them.
