While it’s heartbreaking we’ll never see what this could have amounted to, Ben Affleck’s heart wasn’t in Batman after Batman v Superman. After that movie received mixed reviews, Josstice League bombed, and then he was constantly asked about the progress on this movie, he kinda stated that he was sort of over the whole Batman thing. During his time as Batman, he was dealing with a messy divorce, supposedly paired with alcoholism and depression. There were rumors that he was looking for a way out of the cowl, and supposedly wanted his first Batman movie to be his last, while he passed the cowl on to some Robin we haven’t met yet in universe. So while the fight scenes would have been sick as hell, I fear the plot wouldn’t have been as strong. Due to how occupied and stressed Ben Affleck was during its production.

Fight was going well up until he effortlessly pushes a car laterally... then it made zero sense. If a guy has the strength to brace a car and move it from the side with that little effort he's obviously superhuman and therefore a very human batman wouldn't be able to land a meaningful hit or any sort of arm bar or choke hold and hope not to just be over powered and break his arms in the process.
