Agreed, it fits the Miramichi Irish history, and pays respect to the men who built our little slice of blackfly ridden paradise that only we can love… growing up on the rivers and living off the woodlands we grow up on isn’t for everyone, it takes a special type of character..

You bring back the memories I have of my dad and siblings, playing our music. Greatest music ever..it's always ..alive...love it.

My dad listened to Ivan Hicks and Don Messer records all the time. Hearing these songs after so long really makes me miss those days. He passed away in November of 1988, 34 years this year. RIP dad, we love you and I miss you listening to this music while I was growing up.
