Minimalist Hospital bag list: • Gender reveal blankets (because it's a surprise gender baby) • Mom's coming home outfit (including socks and under garments • Baby's coming home outfit (swaddling blanket, sleeper, socks, hat) • Sandals • Makeup/Toiletries (lotion, shampoo, toothbrush, hand sanitizer) • Snacks • Baby book + pen (somehow I didn't get it on camera) • Instax Camera • Phone charger • ID and insurance card • I'll also bring my camera and tripod 📷 This is my list for my 4th time packing a hospital bag. I also like having some extra space in my bag because coming home I usually end up with extra things from the hospital like diapers, pads, paperwork, etc. What are your top must have items for your hospital bag?

I’m very minimalist also. I only take the necessary items. I will say since I go natural, no meds at all, having a Bluetooth speaker is nice to have Christian music playing. I also bring a nursing pillow. I didn’t with my first and hospital pillows are terrible for breastfeeding. 😂

Throw away all those clothes now!! On Market Place they tested all of Shein's clothing and found toxic chemicals on the clothes that do not wash out as well as lead. Go do your own research if you do not believe me. But I assure you! Clothes from that company are not safe for anyone especially children!

Oh, you should avoid the culture books for kids. They are nowhere near accurate and most of the culters actually marry children off before they are 13 years old. Particularly the eastern cultures. So what you think the kids of that culture are doing is completely false sadly. I know it isn't something people are willing to acknowledge but that is the sad fact. Those books paint a very false idea to your child.

The school here just started a new program where they register your kid as a homeschool kid. You get to homeschool your child the way you want. And because in the state of Washington you have to be certified as a homeschool teacher they have one of their own teachers "over see" you to get around that rule!! They will still provide special ed services (like speech therapy) too. It is extremely new but a nice loophole 😁
