not to be that person but i miss when kdramas used such interesting and entertaining stuff like idk how to explain... but all 2010s era of kdramas gave me that FEELING... the reason why i, and so many others, became addicted to them in the first place :(( im not saying all recent kdramas are bad! because that'd be unfair. but with a few exceptions, almost all of them now focus entirely too much on aesthetics and idk it just always feels like something is missing. though if anyone asked me to pinpoint what it was, i wouldn't know how to explain 😭 im blaming the netflix-ication of kdramas idk
