Video of Black Moshannon State Park Ski Slope Mountain Bike trail. It is a 3.1 mile they rate most difficult but would rate it a blue trail by mountain bike standards. A fun trail that climbed for half of it then leveled off and came straight back down the other side of the ridge. Great state park.

Took my new Liquid Logic Kiawah 12 kayak out for a spin. Loved this boat, tracks great, responsive and bought it in addition to my Hurrican Osprey 109. Love the Osprey but wanted something a little tougher if I do some rougher water with class 1 or 2 rapids. Had the wife along for this trip.

Took my 11 year old grandson on his first real mountain bike adventure to Windy Ridge Park in Mount Airy, Maryland. Relatively new park, but lots of fun with some challenging loops with climbing, downhills and some jumps. Gave myself a 70th birthday present and bought a new Trek FX6 Sport. It is a gravel ready hybrid with Caron fiber frame and wheels. Only weights 21 LBs without accessories and around 23LBs with accessories. Has 700cx43 tubeless tires and 11 speed cassette with singe front chainring. Added a few accessories and hope to enjoy on longer multi-day rides.
