I thought about this recently as well and it really is a hard pill to swallow to think this game might have no online multiplayer with friends. To some the very idea of that is ridiculous, but Nintendo's track record with online in general has NOT been good, especially when it comes to multiplayer. Just like anybody I sincerely hope we're both proven wrong, but I feel more people need to be aware of this possibility. So far I've only seen this talked about in videos or reddit posts with less than a hundred views of upvotes, so I really hope a big channel addresses this soon so the entire Nintendo community doesn't go berserk when they figure out there's no online multiplayer with friends.

I mean it's possible, but I simply don't see a reason why they would let you play with strangers but not with friends. I mean to not let you play with friends Nintendo would have basically needed to go out of their way to specifically disappoint people for no reason at all. I mean you don't have walk up to Nintendo to explain them that you want to play online WITH YOUR FRIENDS, do you? I certainly hope not.

Truth be told i agree i really think it may just be match making and people are just jumping the boat thinking you can play with friends online HOWEVER i feel strongest about this when it comes to the vs mode as your buddy said i could see Nintendo letting friends play online with co op if not that sucks for a lot of people however it won't really make me mad since i have no friends.

1:32 If ye wonna know about Dark Falz (Dark Force) , i think Phantasy Star 1,2,3 and 4 explained, but not sure. If research about Dark Falz in Phantasy Star 4 < make sure to research this info after , researching PS 1,2 and 3. I just think having info from PS 1,2 and 3 then learn from 4 gives more of impact. Part 4 does has references from those 3 games .

They should make a ROM Hack where Princess Toadstool goes on an adventure like this....it will most DEFINITELY make the one for Nintendo DS be as if it never existed!
