So researched Turkish Wind instruments and I think it is. : Duduk or Mey Key Of B Made in Turkey from mulberry with 7 holes in front and 1 hole in back. Reed sizes will vary. For a proper fit, use hemp or bee's wax, or sand the reed end to fit. The "key" is determined by the specific combination of the instrument and the reed. The instrument alone can play over a range of pitches depending upon the exact reed. In western terms, it plays roughly a major scale plus a note. We specify keys and lengths here for a rough estimation only.Sounds like ethereal clarinet, low pitch , mellow tone. WIN195B
