Are you sure this is live? This sounds almost exactly similar to the official song. That rarely happens with metal and even hard rock groups. In all seriousness though, this is a great band. I love them.

Their voice is just like the album

I think all songs from the 2 albums with Anneke could be hard for Simone. Simone has a deeper voice and Anneke has this energy with her voice that only few can do. But In Motion #2 or Saturnine could be better, I think.

True! Especially on the first 3 records. Her voice is totally powerful in both classical and chest voice!

I actually think Anette Olzon or at least Floor Jansen can dodge this song well.

I love Simone and I have a love-hate relationship with Anneke's voice, but this particular song requires a brazen vocal elasticity and sheer energy to bring it to life. That just isn't Simone's style even if she can sing the notes. There are other Gathering songs that might have been a better fit for Simone, especially those in the later catalog, but not this one.
