선생님 950 저는 자동차배터리가 자주방전되었어 카충이 외장배터리로블랙박스 연결했는데요 주차모드 들어가면서 10초 뒤 전원이 꺼지던데요 계속주차녹화 하려면 설정어떻게 바꿔야 하나요?

어머니께서 중고차를 사셨는데 iQ 3D 3000 모델이 부착되어있습니다. 그런데 이게 시동을 걸고 네비가 켜져도 지도화면으로 않넘어가고 메뉴화면만 뜨고 있습니다. 설정을 어떻게 해야하는지요?

Sadly I cannot say good things about the operation of QVIA/LUKAS V790 2 Channel dashcam. I have had 5 or 6 dashcams over many years and wanted what was claimed to be the best. The picture quality is good but the user guide, menu operation and app are so badly designed and half-baked. As far as I'm concerned the latest release of firmware and app is beta version, not final release. As for the set up, it took me hours to get it all going properly. The biggest challenge was getting wifi to tether to the V790. But making changes to the settings often makes it refuse to tether. There are too many bugs to mention here.... Oh BTW I am an electronics engineer and the set up is not intuitive. In fact, it's a pain in the @^%#! I thought I had a faulty unit but eventually made it stable and not restart constantly, but what I now have is almost basic factory settings. So why have many menu choices? Lukas really needs to re-assess the firmware, menu and app, and make them all work together. My best tip is to make changes via PC/Mac Qvia viewer to memory card and load it to dashcam, avoid changes with Qvia app.
