My go to is a siphon wand at harbor freight and kleen strip odorless mineral spirits and a diamond mesh grate set on top of a tub to act as a catch bucket. . They do however have a pretty decent parts washing station with a pump and sediment trap and filter for like $100 ive been eying up, compatible with a wide variety of solvents.

In most instances, brake cleaner is enough. Sometimes you may need a brush or a rag to help wipe/scrub, but just a can of brake cleaner will do the job 90% of the times. You’ll WANT something underneath to catch all the gunk coming off whatever you’re cleaning, but it’s not necessary if you don’t care about your shop/garage floor, driveway, yard, etc.

Brake clean and a rag would have been fine. Gasoline and especially diesel are going to leave an oily residue that you don’t want on your braking surfaces.

Awesome job man! I have a kayo k2 something to ride with my son, more of a beginner bike. I've watched this video 10x I'm trying to make it resemble your set up. Great job in your descriptions. Is everything your have for upgrades off Amazon or eBay? I find with the origional throttle you have to twist grab it again and twist further for full throttle. Any suggestions?
