People do not realize that when you work on an ambulance you see way too much trauma and have little comradery with other crews. You get little to no support for emotional damage PTSD. People do not usually stay in this field very long.
Thank god for these heroes of paramedics, so caring and compassionate and do so much good. And Laura, well what can you say, she is gorgeous, beautiful smile and so sweet, she can come to help me anytime.
I bet he isn’t taking his meds. How they left this poor man with nothing, I don’t blame him. Glad he said he needs constant care. Leaving the hospital is daunting. They should do it on a gradient.
@ I was in England in the 70’s. It has changed dramatically in terms of different populations. And the numbers of the population have increased significantly.
I had two bad nans. One was British, the other was Ukrainian. My British Nan smacked me and wore shorts and a tank top 🙈 My other Nan was a narcissist.
Blue lights and sirens for someone who cut fingers off? Omg, chuck them in ice and get 111 to pay for the taxi if you can't afford it! UK only. And theyre amazed... never seen tbat before... how calm the mam was. He ccould have RUN to a hospital with that physique! Coach drivers are meant to be tough! He was calm, because the situation itself wasn't the blood fest they hyped it up to be on the drive there. Also. Who wants to pack 60 jumpers and 7 pairs of jeans when they're going on holiday? Talk about gullible. Besides. Airlines were well wise to that scam. It's fine people. If youre really not bothered whether the plane youre flying in has the right amount of fuel for the journey. After working out weights etc 😉
Fantastic episode. I laughed when the fella said I'm not a horse, when they were going to give him ketimine 😂. I hope you have a great day my friend ❤️🙂⚘️🏥.
I love seeing the elderly couple who go to the gym. I’m 76 and I go to an oldie gym twice a week. I hope the hubs is ok.🙏 I bet she was a real beauty when she was younger.
In Australia, is football soccer as it is in the UK? Or is it rugby? I'm Canadian and our football is the same as American football with slightly different rules. Soccer is soccer the same as football in the UK.
The pregnant "cpr" is such a bullshit 🙄 If you have any experience, you ask it different, but no they keep to the script of "is the patient breathing" to than figure out, the patient is actually awake 🤷♂️ Maybe it's lack of experience or just to much keeping to the script idk...
not breathing means = body isnt properly perfusing oxygen which eventually leads to organ damage and cardiac arrest. this is why it’s so important for dispatch to know. dispatch needs to 100% confirm whether a patient is breathing or not before asking follow-up questions so they can get 1st off know which follow-up questions to ask in the first place, and secondly so they can send the right resources as soon as possible. the “script” is written the way that it is for a good reason.
How the hell did that person get off? That was assault 100%. And people working on ambulances should not have to be faced with the possibility of attack. Nor firemen or police. The law is an ass. So much compassion and non judgement shown here.
I think they need ambos & paramedics on the road with the amount of calls they get...you guys do an awesome job as it is in kind caring and empathetic way !!. But unfortunately there are just not enough services for the people that really need you, I can't believe the elderly lady had been on the floor for so long but hats off to her neighbor for checking up n calling it in. And yes mental health patients are the ones fall through the cracks with not enough services or the long wait times etc etc
It's criminal that the staff have to do so much overtime just to exist. And the poor pay, workload of Police and Firemen because of the numbers cut. What the hell is the Government thinking. They don't give a rats.
Yeah it certainly seems that way it's pretty much the same here in Australia... and while politicians are payed way more than what they are worth and what they don't do...I don't think that they deserve the wages they are getting it just doesn't seem fair!!!
OMFG this episode had everything. No paramedics should be attack, they are to administer the help. So glad they are both okay. How the hell was the attacker, found not guilty, we watched him beat. Can’t get any better evidence than that. Judicial system needs a complete overall.
I know that's disgusting that he got off, I'm just glad the mum & her son were okay because it could of been so much worse. You guys always do a fantastic job and no you never get used to being attacked on the job.. maybe paramedics should be wearing body cam if being sent to a high risk job !! Well done team 👍💚
@ That’s a good idea, but I’ve seen some of these paramedic shows, & some have body cameras, there should be, more details asked, from the Operator, to find out name of person, then a search of that person, would bring up, mental health issues, this in turn would give the paramedics a better background, of what could possibly go wrong. If the person is violent
The government should make it so paramedics can carry tasers or something that can protect them it’s not fair that they have nothing to protect themselves I wish there was something we could do.
In my teens I practiced karate daily. I've taped up fractures and performed. Now I'm 65. I tripped in a parking lot, gashed both knees and was nearly unable to walk for a week. Not so bulletproof 50 years later. Got to walk no with grace and dignity. whoops....
Love these programmes
@44:37 “everyone’s givin you the clap” means something a LOT different this side of the pond 🫣
😂just your normal stroke calls. Im sorry but what? That isn't normal 😭
stroke calls are pretty much an every day thing haha, you get a feel for what’s bad compared to what’s really bad.
I think these two gentlemen are great❤️
People do not realize that when you work on an ambulance you see way too much trauma and have little comradery with other crews. You get little to no support for emotional damage PTSD. People do not usually stay in this field very long.
Your London ambulance staff do wonderful assistance to these persons. Well done, all of you.
The paramedics should never talk in front of of the patient of what could be the injury! They are not doctors. They only frighten the patient.
How on earth was the guy who hit the woman with the brink found NOT guilty of assault, there was footage of it for fuck sake
28:29 who hires someone like that?!!!
Someone like what?
Someone like what?
that hoax boy, like good lord are you 5? i hope they have been caught
I love these men. Could you imagine if all medical personnel treated their patients like they did?
Thank god for these heroes of paramedics, so caring and compassionate and do so much good. And Laura, well what can you say, she is gorgeous, beautiful smile and so sweet, she can come to help me anytime.
I know if there was something wrong with me I would instantly feel better if Laura came to my aid. So cute.
I bet he isn’t taking his meds. How they left this poor man with nothing, I don’t blame him. Glad he said he needs constant care. Leaving the hospital is daunting. They should do it on a gradient.
I’m so sorry for the call center lady who miscarried. She always seems super concerned, but I’ve seen a sadness in her eyes. Now I know why🙏
It’s so lovely that the phone crew thanks the paramedics at the end of shift💕
I’m 76 and if I get cancer, I’m not having treatment. Waste of resources on someone my age.
Someone suggested a group of volunteers for the folks who are frequent flyers. Great idea.
The most shocking thing for me is hearing the huge number of foreign accents I’m hearing on these calls. England has certainly changed.
Please feel free to explain exactly why you find this shocking?
@ I was in England in the 70’s. It has changed dramatically in terms of different populations. And the numbers of the population have increased significantly.
Canada is the exact same thing now
The late Queen’s dad had a stammer, doesn’t make you dumb or less then as we can all see Jess and the former King did/do extremely well in life
Ellis seems lovely ❤
Laura is so gorgeous, come and take care of me please.
Wow Laura can come to look after me, she’s hot, beautiful eyes and smile.
I had two bad nans. One was British, the other was Ukrainian. My British Nan smacked me and wore shorts and a tank top 🙈 My other Nan was a narcissist.
I can’t drink 5 bottles of water, never mind 6 bottles of alcohol of any kind.
I remember the fire in Bill.
If I ever get dementia, I want to be put out of my misery.
As long as you willingly give away your money to corrupt governments, you can expect more of the same.
They should show the Portuguese men in all the high schools to show what drugs do. He’s 57 and looks 90. Such a waste of resources.
he wasnt at all a waste of resources. he was vomiting blood and probably actively bleeding internally.
Abby is a real beauty 🥰
40:55 I thought he hit arrest at this point 😰I almost flatlined from fear

Damn Alice is bloody gorgeous, beautiful eyes and so sweet.
Dad was a carpenter. Never wore his ring.
Fantastic episode. I laughed when the fella said I'm not a horse, when they were going to give him ketimine 😂. I hope you have a great day my friend ❤️🙂⚘️🏥.
Could there be any two kinder, more compassionate men on earth as these two paramedics 💞💓💗💖💘💕💝
I love seeing the elderly couple who go to the gym. I’m 76 and I go to an oldie gym twice a week. I hope the hubs is ok.🙏 I bet she was a real beauty when she was younger.
They do updates at the end of the episode for a few of the patients
So much thanks for these addictive videos 👍
Every single one of those outcomes was horrible

I hate that people abuse paramedics especially when someone helps you
What month was this filmed ?

it’s so scary. unrelated but i love your profile picture haha
respect to all.
