I think I'm the only one that knows how to get it looking as above! 🤦♂ I've been doing it for years though, Taylor and JAC have trained me on all the equipment, you can have them train all your team on all equipment like you would, if you were a brand new store! 😉
what do you use for the back plate
We would use one of the brushes and grill cleaner. But with the splash guards installed the back remains a lot cleaner and does not need as much cleaning.

you're missing a lot of what actually needs doing, you need to use hi temp solution on the platens as well as the bottoms, as well as the release sheets to get build up off.. the troughs also need emptying after, and washing out.. you need to soak the little clips in apc solution and dry off
