I just got Affinity photo 2 and I’m so excited to learn from 0 … I used to use photoshop .. but I don’t know how to reduce images without losing quality 😪 looks blurry … they say change the size … document etc but still … any ideas ? Thanks for the tutorial 🥰

Easy breezy

Did not work for me. Painstakingly took out each letter and got to the Fill part pressed apply and the watermark did not fade away. Don't know why I'm surprised. No step by step video with Affinity has worked for me as perfectly as shown. Beginning to think this is all beyond me.

Just to note that you can only download a low resolution version of your image after the background is removed. If you want a high resoution png you need to pay for it. Clipdrop gives a better quality image for free and you can download 10 free images per day.

Why go to filters when the icons are already displayed under the filter menu text.?

What type of pic should this work on..png, svg., jpeg.

The problem with this technique is that it created noise in the picture like in right arm and in water and right near the hair in sky. There are some photos that cannot be fixed and this photo is the prime example. It got too much exposure that there are no data to make it under expose. I think this type of style is an intentional choice of photographer to make it cool.
