Poorly done, amateur design in my opinion, wasted space on top, looks more like a concrete container house.

Hi , i live in pr , i would like something very similar to your design ,my land is in sloop area . horizontal is 60 feet. So i was thinking 45 feet estructural cement area … i notice you didn’t have laundry , neither guest bathroom, would it be good idea locate it next to the outdoor balcony or other place. Apreciate your opinion thanks
