Thank goodness this comes after the before me. I know it will happen and get excited which makes me go the before me as painful as it is. Really feel and understand the pendulum swing now and have some good visuals ❤

This is the first program, that I have stuck with. It is older and has been overshadowed perhaps by the dozens and dozens of programs that have come out since this one. This exercise actually made me vomit. I do a lot of tapping and releasing, so not surprised. The visuals of my drinking that terrify me are those ugly ones we don't want to think about. ❤

This meditation always makes me cry so hard. It’s very sad to realize I’ve let alcohol set me this far back in life. This is my third time starting this book and this visual always really helps. I even have some friends listen to it. Thank you so much. I’ve never read through the whole book but this time I am determined to. 100% determination

I would like to say this book is a life changer, but then I do not live in the land of the free when most of these goals are attainable, but I am 63 years old and live in one of the most deprived area of the UK where success is simply if the bus bothers to turn up Most of what you say on here just stop drinking and the world is your oyster, I live in the real world boys, most of these goals are simply unattainable, yes I can stop drinking but this is a place which has never changed since the 1950s when I was younger I could have said to get on I must get out, all I have to look forward to now is that in 5-6 years time I will probably be better off moving into a care home, thats what happens to people from the former mining area of the UK, If you think 1'm just being negative give up your cars, lovely families and your money and try living here for six months, you will be drinking again within a week

As soon as goals and dreams were mentioned, I said to myself "'I'm 75. I may not be alive ten years from now, I can't have goals and dreams at this point in my life." But goals and dreams began floating through my mind. I realized that feeling that I was seeing myself as all finished with life was one of my major reasons for drinking, and it came as a shock. I realized that I can have goals and dreams! I do have goals and dreams! I will achieve my goals and dreams, or at least commit to moving toward them every day, however many days that may be.

Why is this no longer available? It would be very helpful.

I did this exercise about 3 years ago. When I imagined my drinking future self 10 years in the future, I literally saw myself climbing into a coffin and nailing it shut. A very sobering image indeed. Glad to say, since then I have been truly thriving in sobriety and consider myself a sober warrior out and proud!

Just finished my 30 Days.I bought it in July and it took me until January 2nd to open it. It's been eye opening and inspiring. I now realize how much time was devoted to planning, drinking and recovering from drinking. I've actually been drinking less since the pandemic but there was intense focus on the less-ness of it. I feel so motivated to continue and I thank you for putting this program together.

Great to finish the book, it did take a few attempts but the patience was worth it, getting sober in a time of lockdown is particularly difficult but this just makes it all the sweeter, finishing the book is not the end, just the beginning

I did the 30 days last year, and it was great . But it was frustrating because it kept telling me to go to the accompanying online stuff but I could never find it! I’ve relapsed and may do the 30 days again ...so PLEASE!... can you help me find those online additions to the book? 🐨🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘

What about the website???? You are still selling a book with a website that is not working (and necessary it you want to use the book/solution.) I actually liked the change of music. I hate the first part... I know that that guy looks like if he keeps drinking. I was yelling in my find "FUCK YOU DAVE!! I DON'T WANT TO SEE THIS GUY AGAIN!". So when the music started more upbeat I was ready for the change. I was ready to see the happy responsible guy, in love with his girl, hanging with his friends and family, being a rock star at work. I know that guy, too! And it was a good life. Then I was upbeat with the music. Great exercise! LET'S DO THIS!!
