I bought a Tecno in South Africa and I'm now in Malawi only to see my phone locked. It's a total bullshit because the phone has vital information which I need to access asap. The real smugglers have tools to unlock your so called brands but you troubling us the customers with your unnecessary locks. And now we suppose to go to smugglers and use our hard earned money to unlock phones we bought legally. I don't have a receipt or boarding pass details

This is one of the worst experiences I've had with your company. I purchased a phone from "Extra Shop" in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for my son. When he traveled with his mother to Jordan for vacation, the phone got locked for no reason! This "bad policy" and this "bad security method " measure is unacceptable. I call my family and I tried to get the lock removed by using your "Carlcare" app, but they said it would take 7 WORKING DAYS?! Are you serious? I don't want or need this useless service - I just want the lock removed immediately so my son can use the phone on his trip. On top of that, when I called the local dealer that should represent it the company , no one answered. How am I supposed to get help?! My biggest concern now is that when my family returns from Jordan to Saudi Arabia, the phone will get locked again. This is an endless cycle of frustration that your company needs to fix. I demand a prompt resolution to this issue. Remove the lock now and explain why this happened in the first place. I expect better service and policies from your company. This is completely unacceptable
