    lifting 4x a week,I dar not lift when I'm in pain and on painkillers. help. when the craps get me I'm sure I'll crumple like an empty can.

    I used to get really angry when I’d go grocery shopping and then come home and try to rush to put the groceries away and get to my workout. I was not nice to my husband and daughter because I felt rushed and stressed. I moved my rest day to grocery day and boom, I no longer feel stressed or rushed! Simple changes really do help!

    You have found a way to have a to have a group therapy session and yes all people get to where they feel overwhelmed and your response to it is healthy. Really though one needs to be OK with whatever they have accomplished each day. Be loving and caring and treat yourself as you would your daughter if you were counseling her about this topic.     "At the time, I just watched a documentary." Sigh. Guys and gals...these people do not release documentaries. They release propaganda films. There is a huge difference. Almost nothing in *What The Health* is true. Almost nothing in *Game Changers* is true. Etc, etc. Dominion uses extremely cherry picked footage of the worst operations. Don't fall for this. These militant people do not care about your health. They only care about animals that have no concept of mortality. YOU DO. Also, they only care about farm animals for some reason, which is weird.

    Veganism is more balanced than animal slaughter, you said it yourself you eat more veggies now than you did when you were vegan. That’s your first problem. Veganism is not about health even though it’s more healthy then eating animal flesh...veganism is about jut ice for innocent animals who have their lives taken from every day. You felt “sick” because you weren’t eating enough. Your second problem. (Like you stated- you weren’t prioritizing cooking) It’s a shame you went back to supporting animal cruelty.

      lol. Typical vegan who is completely ignorant of human physiology. Plant foods ARE NOT more healthy than animal foods. That is complete BS. Saturated fat is not dangerous and never was. That was bad science. Dietary cholesterol is not dangerous for the vast majority of people. That was bad science. Meat does not cause cancer. That was bad science. There is a huge difference between observational epidemiology and a clinical trial. There is no high quality evidence that meat is harmful in any way. Please stop spreading misinformation. Also, you have the typical vegan cult mentality of "you did it wrong." Do you have any idea how many animals die so you can eat kale? How many wild boars we shoot every day so you can increase demand for spinach? Almost certainly you do not. Veganism accomplishes nothing, and frankly, you are all hypocrites and you don't even know it. Crop protection deaths are not accidental. Just because you do not put the animals in your mouth directly does not make you morally superior. Your logic is flawed. It's just a way for you to give yourself a pat on the back, which is sad. The vast majority if you are in for ego, nothing more.

      @@tommycharles4666 Less than 2 animals die per 1 million calories of vegan food per year. The science is very clear and available at animalvisuals . org or on faunalytics. Your diet kills hundreds more animals per year than any vegan diet does. It's literally the height is disingenuous debating to assert that someone who kills no animals to eat them kills more animals than someone who intentionally kills dozens of cows to eat a hamburger.

It's the brain dropping of one guy in his basement. I feel bad for you. You are allowing yourself to be brainwashed. You participate in lots of animal death too. There is lots of death on your plate. To be clear: the source you are linking to is biased vegan propaganda and you don't seem to realize it. It's been debunked over and over, but you people only look for data that confirms your belief/emotional need. That guy is doing very dishonest voodoo math to come up with those numbers. So please stop lying to people, okay? Is that okay? Could you please stop aggressively trying to manipulate people with outright lies? Thanks. When you eat 100% plant foods, you create more demand for those foods. That means more pesticides. And it means more crop protection deaths. Or you can just eat a few animals per year that you bought at a local farm. You probably care about pigs, right? But you don't care at all about all the boar that are shot each day so you can eat kale. Boar are pests that do billons of dollars in crop damages per year. So when you increase demand for spinach, we shoot those boars for you. You are voting with your wallet ;). You are essentially asking the farmer, "Please kill all those boars who are competing with me for food. I need that food because my diet is totally plant based, so they need to die so I can live." You are not morally superior, you're just in denial. And then, to feel better, you read your made up voodoo vegan math. Even though it's completely made up and has no basis in reality. So yes, I feel sorry for you. There is a cycle to life, and you can't escape that.
