I scripted a Mission using the Mission Editor DLC

They do in SF2. You need to unselect visual target and lock targets using radar. If the Aircraft is set to use AvionicsF14A, your AI wingmen will shoot at up to 6 contacts designated in TWS.

You can use the Sarcasm or Real Sky mod for clouds and environment and for the effects , the one used here is Hollywood explosions pack or you can use the Unified effects pack which is the best one out there but you need a good PC otherwise the one in this video is a bit light on PC . In summary , go on combatace and you'll see the best mods under the required categories . Have fun

Another effects mod is used by Natofighters 5 and Operation Darius modpack which has the design as the vanilla but looks considerably better . They are only available with the respective modpacks

@@sickledcell I have also have an SSD for these big mods . Typically I use the natofighters effects . I did this by copying the effects and flight folders from natofighters and pasting it in my other mods

@@vainaviai9013 Yeah true, but I don't have much skill with guns. A lot of the positions in the video mashups showed some vulnerable states to a missile kill, so it is what it is I guess.

@@EricJ562 This is guns only. Unforunately, you have to script the mission to start the engagement at neutral, side by side. or moving away from each other. AI will just shoot missile during the merge with what i was able to set up here.

@@sickledcell Yeah at first when I did it years ago I would have missiles and then the enemy would not. After a while I got comfortable with the enemy having missiles and the like, and me too. Unfortunately I never got tthe interest in gunzo missions. And yeah you gotta or you'd take a missile first thing.

Hi. When i was still on the 1070 yes. Right now im using AMD's version (AMDRELIVE) as im trying out a 6800xt. It works the same way.

@@EricJ562 Yeah. AMDRelive have a save replay function. I have mine set to the last 5 mins. This way you're not recording all the time.

@@sickledcellOkay. I looked it up and don't think it's just ready for me to use. I'll keep looking as I have OBS and it doesn't record SF2 unfortunately.

I have this mod, the avonics are modeled after the F-14D but the guys who developed this mod have yet to make a proper cockpit for the F-14D. I hope they do make one someday so the F-14D can finally be complete.

I Got Lucky, I overshot it and almost ended up getting peppered. Lucky his nose is off center and we were flying at speed where the Tomcat's alpha isn't at optimal. And that the hit box in this game is really really small.
