not a good brand.. easily damaged air compressor and fuel injector...
lol i recently bought one from a dealer... air compressor and injector both broke within a week of owning. quickly gave the car back
@soloshoesyus4534 I had a 2016 1.6L Diesel Tivoli XLV from new nothing but trouble from day one Air con failed 1st week all 4 glow plugs failed at tiny miles and finally the turbo failed TG I got shut of it before it was out of warranty..SsangYong are gone, their now known as KGM I wonder why?
Am just about to get one. Cannot wait!

@@spygrant I went for a diesel for the commute; the fuel delivery hoses were a recall job, so make sure that's been done under warranty. Tyre pressure monitor lamp can be glitchy. Some have issues with Bluetooth connectivity. I'd recommend going for a top of the range ELX model. Some decent low mileage examples around, though check their history as I've seen a few advertised, disappear, then pop up again for sale elsewhere. ps, UK road tax is £30 for diesels only up to 31/3/2107, then it jumps to the £140+ bracket. Overall very pleased with the Tivoli.
@spygrant From experience..Steer well clear their a heap tbh.I'd a Tivoli XLV 1.6L Diesel from new nothing but problems. SsangYong are defunct and are now known as KG Mobility.
Owned for 3 yrs now, £30 annual road tax, regularly serviced motorway muncher, ULEZ compliant so has gone up in value for what I paid. Can't complain...

It's a shame that for a family car it doesn't have something as basic as rear AC vents. In GB it probably isn't a big problem, but in countries where it gets to 50 degrees Celsius in the summer, it is impossible to keep your kids in the back without AC vents.
SsangYong have more or less bitten the dust as an auto maker I had to sell my XLV nothing but mechanical faults with it from new in 2016

It’s really a great car! I have one and it’s very practical, comfortable, affordable and quite fun to drive. Nice to have another solid brand of korean cars to own and drive.
How's the reliability ? Are there any issues after 50,000 kms?
@@gutadin5 SsangYong have more or less gone bust I got rid of my XLV mechanical problems from the day i bought it new in 2016..Steer well clear!
Hello Sir, Is it worth buying this car and does it comes with a manual transmission on 4x4. About SsangYong Tivoli What do you say about it? You also said Ssangyong Tivoli XLV gives 57.6 mpg but the country which I live in, they see how much km/l a car does? so it around 24 km/l = 57.6 mpg If the car is in my range I will buy it.
